Adding a camera to an email

I have the Ring Protect plan with a LOT of devices. I have added a security camera to my devices. That camera shows up on my phone, but not my wife's. If it matters, different emails. How do I get the camera to show up on her phone?

Hi @requiredusername. If your wife is a [Shared User](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/211018223-Adding-a-Shared-User-to-Your-Ring-Account) then you have to give her access to the Camera in your Shared User settings. To do so follow these steps:- Open the Ring app- Choose the menu button (three lines in the upper left corner).- Select Settings- Tap Shared Access- Select your wife's name under Shared Users.- Toggle on the new Camera you want to share with her and hit Save.
