3rd Gen cameras waiting for Snapshot feature - how much longer!?!?

Hi,Have read that the roll out for 3rd gen cameras to have the snapshot feature is hoped to be completed by the end of the year, but I've been waiting since January. Seemingly Customer Chat is disabled and do not see necessity to call so if I were to advise MAC address surely you must know which and when by now as only 3 months left?Strongly feel that Ring have got this very wrong i.e. latest version of cameras lack older versions capability. Hope the numerous threads asking the same can have e pet action managed by simply saying no one will have to wait any longer than (add month here) this year.
