My spotlight cam pro is set to record in 2k but when I go to save the video to my iPhone it shows it’s still in 1080p. My floodlight cam pro doesn’t have this issue. Wondering what the cause may be

Hi @user_7ff922. Can you please share a screenshot of where it shows the video is in 1080p rather than 2K resolution? If you haven't done so already, please swap to 1080p, then back to 2K and trigger a new event to record (either a Live View or motion). After the event finishes recording, try downloading it to see what resolution it is in.
