What happened to my away mode?
I haven't used it in a while, but I was looking for my away mode and my home mode and I can no longer find it. When I click on device settings and modes, it says I need a plan. I have the home basic plan which is done nothing but go up in price. Are they now taking away services that we used to have?

Hi @user_0bcbd0. Some updates were recently made to Ring subscriptions, and Modes are no longer available on the Basic plan. To access Modes, you will need a Ring Home Standard or Premium plan.
