I have recently got the basic plan for my Ring Doorbell. Since then i have also added two indoor cameras and have been using their free trials. I would now like to upgrade to the full Plan to cover all devices but it is asking me to pay the full cost of £80 when i have just paid the £34.99, can i refund the basic plan and then pay the £80 to cover all devices or can i just pay the difference?

Hi @MrHornetHero. You can find information on how to upgrade your Ring Protect Plan [here](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/115001671383-General-Information-on-Ring-Protect-Subscription-Plans). You can also find information on refunds [here](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/360022109431-How-to-Cancel-a-Subscription-Plan). You should be eligible for a pro-rated refund based on the amount of time used on the Ring Protect Plan.
