Question about doorbell subscription and new doorbell

Hi all, I have a question. I have a ring doorbell 4 and i want to sell it so i can buy a new one. I want to buy the ring doorbell battery plus because of the better view. A week ago i bought the basic subscription for my current doorbell. My questions i have, when i buy the new doorbell can i use the current subscription when i removed the older one from my account ? What happens with the 30-day trial on the new one ?

Hi @Michel86. The Ring Protect Plan is device specific. If you sell a device, you'll need to cancel the current Protect Plan subscription and enroll your new device in a new Ring Protect Plan subscription. You'll receive a prorated refund for the unused time left on the Ring Protect Plan.
