No Fire Alarm notification with Home Premium Plan

I see my plan will be changing from the Gen1 Plus plan to the new Home Premium plan whenever my plan renews. I was comparing the two plans. My current plan has fire and smoke detection with emergency response. The new Home Premium plan does not send the fire department for fire and/or smoke alarms. Anyone know why? I would think if the plan is better then they should send the help based off the alarm that activates. I get there is false alarms, but the homeowner should be fined then after so many. But to terminate fire and smoke emergency response is concerning. I purposely installed the smoke detectors that connect to my Ring Alarm System for notification purposes.
