Fee Increase
The fee increase is ridiculous. You make it sound like we are getting complete protection at the top level but when my alarm has gone off, no body calls or it takes 15 minutes before someone responds. Many times my ring device is off line and not because I am having a problem with my wifi- I have the fastest wifi you can get from Bell. Not pleased with the service of this company and when my contract runs out I will be looking for a new service provider because there are other ones that are better for less.
