Cancel subscription protect basic

Question

I am attempting to cancel my protect basic via account settings and it doesn't allow me and redirects me every time and gives an error. Is anyone else having this issue?

You should be able to cancel your Ring Protect plan following the steps [here](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/360022109431-Cancel-a-Ring-Protect-Subscription-Plan) from a web browser. If that doesn't work, I'd suggest following up with our [support team](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/213608406) for assistance with canceling your plan.
