2 subscription plans
Hi, I have just upgraded my plan so I can have 2 doorbells. But now I have 2 plans showing. One basic one standard. Do I cancel my basic one now I've upgraded to standard? It's also showing a free trial well. Help, confused!

Hi @user_d846a4. The free trial would be there if you just recently set up a new Ring Doorbell or Camera. If you have the Ring Standard or Premium plan, this covers all devices at one location. In that case, you can cancel the Basic plan for a prorated refund of the unused time.
