Ring says it’s registered to someone else ?

Hello, I haven’t used my ring door bell for a while. I have charged it and re opened the app on my phone and it says now re to set up a new doorbell. After scanning the barcode it says it’s registered to someone else.

Hi @user_e83378. You most likely logged into the account that you did not set up the Doorbell with originally. I recommend trying to figure out what account you used and log into that account.
