Ring Notification Vibrate Solved for iPhone 15

My phone is set to silent for every app, with vibrate turned on. I went to Settings >Notifications>Ring. I have all 3 alerts checked. I turned on Sounds. That way, I should get a sound when a notification arrives. But, since I have all sounds turned off, I get a vibration instead.
