List View Event Count Gone
I used to have the event count red bubble feature in my list view on each individual camera but it’s recently disappeared. This seems to have happened shortly after an update. Customer support said to reinstall the App but that did nothing and now I need to scroll through my timeline to see all events manually. Can’t seem to figure this out.

Hey RING, I will be getting another camera system if the feature is not restored. My property is now at risk since you’ve now made it easier for someone to enter without my knowledge……ridiculous.

There's nothing to figure out. They removed it from the app. Another supposed upgrade just like moving the gate and mailbox icons to the bottom so now you have to scroll all the way down. They need to revert those two changes back immediately.
