I am beyond angry
In a nutshell: my Ring account was in my late husband’s name and email. I do not have access to his email. The system continued to function until I upgraded my phone and now I cannot access the devices or cameras. I spent an hour on the horrible chat yesterday and all I got was a scrambled and confusing set of vague instructions that I could not understand. I want to shut down the account and reopen under my name but I don’t know how to get the camera to work even if this is possible, I have never seen such awful customer service and I don’t get why it is rocket science to do this.
