Axel F Ring and Motions sound
When I first set up my doorbell, using the app, I was able to set the "Axel F" ring and motion sound to be played when someone pressed the doorbell, or walked by it. I was looking at my ring tone options and trying out the seasonal tones. When I went to put the Axel F back, I discovered it was no longer there. So my question(s) are: Where did it go? How can I get it back? Thanks in advance.....

I've followed all the instructions I can find online, including repeating the attempts with the chat app support person who doesn't seem to have a clue. Also the support chat function in the Alexa app is CRAP. It timed out while I was actively typing and then I had to wait several minutes for someone else to come back on. It also doesn't make use of the phone's autocorrect feature, and doesn't let me click links the support rep sent me. It's also a pain in the neck to get back and forth from the chat to other parts of the app.

JHi @user_6f6532. You are not able to change your app alert tones for the Ring app?

Hi @user_0cb12f. Promotional and holiday tones are only available for a limited time. Once a promotional tone has been removed, you cannot do anything to get it back.
