Why would my post and video be taken down?

Today a man rang my bell and flashed a gift card for video gaming. When I spoke to him through the doorbell, he asked for a woman who does not live here or anywhere in my neighborhood. I know all my neighbors. We also each have unique style homes so there would be no confusion. Why would this not be allowed or taken down multiple times. Then I posted asking the community WHY it would be taken down and that was taken down. All with no explanation or email. Can someone shed light on this?

Well, could be miscommunication. You just posted this on a support forum for Ring devices. This isn't for the neighbor app.
