Using the app is causing my phone to restart

Recently when using the app, it is causing my phone to restart. Specifically when selecting live view. This happens on all the cameras (i have 4). Any suggestions? I will re install the app anywah.

Hi @emmswave. Just as @user83024 mentioned, you should uninstall the Ring app and download version 3.72.1 from the app store. This is a temporary workaround as our team works on getting the core issue resolved. Feel free to let me know if you have any other questions!

check here : Phone constantly restarting when app is installed - #28 by user83024 (they downgrade the version of ring on the store, this should resolved the issu, for me it’s working since 20mn)
