Unable to post video to Neighbors

I am unable to post a non-Ring video to Neighbors. It's a small .mp4, which is the recommended file format, but I always get the error "Incorrect file format". I've tried converting it in ffmpeg to a smaller mp4, but I get the error all the same. I am uploading on a strong wifi signal. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app.

I resolved this myself. The issue was that the video I was posting was 4:3, and apparently the app only likes 16:9. I re-encoded the video and it posted without issue.
