Unable to live view?

I have a hardwired ring doorbell, and am currently unable to live view from the app. If I try to live view I get an all black screen, and to see from the doorbell I have to then cancel the connection and watch the capture back as a past event. I have reset the device through the app, turned it on and off again, updated the app and checked software updates. Any advice on how to fix?

It's likely not a connection issue, since you are able to watch the Live View recording back from the Event History, but I'd recommend checking the [signal strength](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/217271526-Checking-Wifi-Signal-Strength) just to be sure.
