Two speakers button but no microphone

When I try to talk through my ring camera, it is not giving me the option for a microphone. I shared the camera with my sister and she is able to see the microphone button and have access to two-way talking. Does anyone know a fix to this?

Hey @mjr127. Can you try removing the Ring app, rebooting your phone (turn it off/on) and then reinstall the Ring app? Let me know if you still only see two speaker icons from there.
