Stopping Neighbors spam

Recently my Ring app began pushing bogus notifications to me: "Look out, there are distracted drivers in your neighborhood". I didn't sign up for clown notifications. What settings do I set in this app to turn off all Neighborhood features and prevent this garbage from being ever sent to me again?

You can dig through your settings and turn them off, but every time they do an app update you’ll have to do it all over again. I just found this out today and will be looking for alternatives to Ring that don’t send spam.
