SOLVED!! Ring App iOS on new phone (same number) Not accepting Login (406 error)

I switched from my android phone to an iOS phone. I deleted my android device on my Control Center (web, online) and on my new device, opened my downloaded ring app (for iOS) to sign in. When I tried to sign in, it gave me a "406 Not Acceptable" error [ showing on a  "oath.ring.com" page]. I tried to create a new contact but this did not work as well.  any suggestions?  I am a Ring Pro subscriber Device: iPhone 12  OS - iOS 18.2

    Hi @user_c92d66. For your concern, I recommend trying the following steps:   - Disable any VPNs on your phone.   - If you are on Wi-Fi logging in, try using just mobile data instead.   - Uninstall and reinstall the Ring app. Reboot your phone as well.   If you have tried these steps and are still having the same concern, give our support team a call for further assistance.

      Thank you Justin! It worked!!! The VPN was screwing with it, and I did everything exactly as you suggested!!!!
