Hi my flood light security camera system is working fine but just recently the camera image during the day has gone pink sepia colour

Hi @user_316580. There are a few different troubleshooting steps you can try for this issue. First, perform a reboot using the reboot option on the Device Health page. If that doesn't clear up the discolored video, the next step is to try a full reset. You can reset the Floodlight Cam by holding down the setup button on the top for 20 seconds. After the reset is complete, walk through a new setup in the Ring app using the steps under Set Up a Device. If that doesn't fix this, please follow up with our support team to explore what options are available.

My Spotlight Cam Plus just did that. It was at 6:00 AM, dawn. All the green vegetation was pinkish as you described until there was a click sound, and then it changed to normal color.
