Ring Doorbell 2 will not reset fully shows old photo

I moved into our new home and took all my ring stuff. Everything else is working great except 2 ring doorbell 2 I have reset them several times, but when I read them they literally show a still image of my old house. Not only that but if I try to enable motion they show me a picture of my old home (area it covered) and wants me to setup motion zones with it. I can’t stream them and have no idea how to fix it.

Hi there, @jellybeans! When relocating your Ring devices, you will want to complete a new setup with that location to get all of your devices online and updated. Once they are connected, check out the Snapshot capture feature and ensure it is enabled as described in this [help center article](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/360034443672-Using-Your-Snapshot-Capture-Feature). Please also check your [Modes](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/360036107792-Control-All-your-Ring-Cameras-with-Modes) feature, as disabling motion/ live view in a mode can prevent the camera previews from updating.
