Ring App Windows 10 will not login - error code: 0x80131500
I have set up my app on the phone and can log in to the website (and here, obviously) but the Windows 10 desktop app doesnt work - when i enter my correct details it just gives the: "**Something went wrong - Error code: 0x80131500 :(**" message. I have followed instructions on here and other places to try to solve - none work. - Reset MS store cache - nope - Reinstalled app - nope - rebooted - nope - updated windows - nope - set new firewall rules - nope - disabled antivirus and firewall - nope If I try to reset my passowrd with the app (in case its totally messed up) I get a different error - 406. Please provide a solution - I work at my desk most of the time so this is where i want to be able to see my doorbell activity from.
