Hi, I have one battery doorbell and 5 outdoor battery cameras which I operate via the Ring app on my phone and also on a tablet (both phone and tablet are less than 3 months old and both operate on Android). A few days ago, I stopped being able to access the settings of any of my Ring devices when using the tablet. When I open each device and click the small cog at the top right hand side of the page, I just get a blank white page. However, the device is otherwise working normally and I can go to live pictures or access the mic etc. I just can't change any settings. On the mobile phone, everything works as normal and I can amend the settings etc. I have ensured that the operating system is up to date. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app and also re-booted the router of my wifi. None of this makes any difference. Has anyone got any idea what the problem might be? Given this problem only started a few days ago, I am wondering if there was an update but can't see anything that might have caused this?

    HI @user_d52f2e. What type of tablet is this, and what version of the OS is it running? Are you able to access the Device Settings tile? You can find this for each device by tapping the 3 lines in the top left of the app, selecting Devices, then choosing a camera from this list.
