Post not showing in neighborhood

About two days ago, I made a post on Neighbors about a suspicious man who was pointing a flashlight at my home and car. I noticed the post didn’t go up so I tried reposting the video an hour later. I still have not seen any notification or my post in the local neighborhood. This issue was time sensitive, and the information may prevent others from being the victims of a robbery. Why is this feature not working?
