Notifications working but no sound to go with it

Hi my ring app was working fine with notifications but i decided to just get notifications for people not motion. This is working fine with notifications working like i want but no sound.

Hey @bonners. Have you ensured you have the correct App Alert Tones turned on for motion notifications in the Ring app settings? You can learn more about App Alert Tones [here](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/115005889863-How-to-Use-App-Alert-Tones). If you still cannot get sound with your notifications, you may need to remove the Ring app from your phone, reboot your phone and then reinstall the app to help refresh your notification preferences.
