NO PC Support
I can't believe PC support is gone for new devices... "As of February 17, 2021, Ring's Windows and Mac and desktop apps are no longer receiving updates for new devices and features." My eyesight no longer allows me to easily view a tiny mobile phone. This is a deal breaker for many, I'm sure. I just installed an expensive floodlight that I basically can't use because it doesn't appear on my PC ring app. Is there a petition I can sign somewhere to simply have the bad interface we had before. How hard can that be? Very disappointed that I invested in 8 cameras with a company that doesn't support it's products. This is unacceptable.

The only option is to post this on the Features Request Board, ask for folks to vote, and hope it gets some traction. It seems on the requests that enough people chime in and vote on, Ring will make a change.
