Ring app configured for max volume audible alerts on my mobile (Xiaomi Note 9) but only getting silent notifications yet the exact same settings work on my wife's mobile (Galaxy A71) ?

    Hi @lmcc81592. Since the alerts have audio on your wife's Samsung Galaxy A71, it sounds like this concern is related specifically to the Xiaomi Note 9. You can find troubleshooting tips for notification issues on Android devices in our Help Center Article [here](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/211676423-How-to-Troubleshoot-Ring-Notification-Issues-for-Android-Devices). I'd give those a try along with ensuring the notification permissions are fully enabled in your phone's settings.
