Hi @marvjenk! If you had the snapshot capture feature enabled prior, please check your device settings to ensure it is not disabled. Try also removing and reinstalling the Ring app on your mobile device. If you are needing help activating this feature, please check out our [help center article](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/360034355652-Taking-Timeline-Security-Snapshots-Using-Snapshot-Capture) for steps on activation and availability per device and subscription status.
