Lost all devices after getting new Android phone
app-settings
troubleshooting

I recently bought a new Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra running One UI 7.0 and Android version 15. My carrier was able to migrate all apps and setting over to the new phone from my previous phone. I am able to sign into my Ring app with my correct asset, however all of my Ring devices (cameras, sensors, etc.) have disappeared from my account. How do I get these back?

Hi @user_4b1071. If you have a new phone and logged into an account where you no longer see your Ring devices, you most likely did not log in to the correct account where you set up your Ring devices. I suggest trying to figure out what other email you could have used and log into that account.

Hi Justin. Thank you for your response. I only have one e-mail address, so I don't believe that this is the issue. Do you have any other ideas?

Hi @user_4b1071. When you log in on Ring.com, do you see your devices? Do you have multiple Locations on your Ring app? You can manage your Locations here:   https://ring.com/support/articles/8y35i/managing-locations-in-the-ring-app

No, I do not see any devices. And no, I do not have multiple locations on my app. One address, which I am seeing on the app on the new phone, but zero devices. I see my location, the "Neighbors," "What's New," and "Edit" buttons, and then "+Set Up a Device" The rest of the screen is blank.

Hi @user_4b1071. Thanks for that information. Then it would appear there's one of two things going on. Either the devices are not setup, or they were set up with a different email. Try setting up one of the devices to see what happens. If they set up, great. If not, take note of the MAC ID numbers on the device and give our team a call so we can help you identify the email address. You can find our contact information below:   https://ring.com/support/contact-us/call
