How to view camera as an added user?
My partner added me as a user for our ring doorbell but in the app it doesn’t allow me to view the camera? It just says set up new device, when I try to set up the device it tells me to be added as a user which I already did...this is very frustrating and confusing.

Hi @Ambear. When you're added to a device as a Shared User, this will create a new location in your Ring App. Tap the location name in the top center of your Ring App and it should bring up a drop-down menu of all the locations, and you'll want to choose the one that has (Shared) in the name. You should then be able to view the Camera that was shared with you. I hope that helps! :)
