Having to reinstall cameras because they aren’t showing up on device

Hello! My ring app is acting crazy. I currently have a ring stick up cam and the doorbell 4. I have access to it and so does another person. I have had to reinstall the devices twice now because it will randomly drop a device and the device will be gone off of one of our apps. Is anyone else having or had this issue? Any tips or tricks? It’s getting frustrating.

Hi @elly1194. Your devices should only be removed from your Ring app when you manually remove them in the settings. Do you have Ring devices at more than one location, or do you accidentally have a duplicate location? You can check this by tapping the location name in the top center of your Ring App and seeing if any other locations appear. If all of your Ring devices are set up at the same location, make sure to delete any duplicate locations to avoid any confusion.
