End to End Encryption video playback isn't working.
I’ve been using the end-to-end encryption feature on both of my Ring Cameras for months without any issues. However, suddenly, it stopped allowing me to view recorded videos. The error message it displays is “There was an error while trying to play the video.” I’ve tried rebooting my router twice, but that didn’t resolve the problem. Removing the end-to-end encryption enabled me to view future recorded videos, but when I re-enrolled in it, I’m still encountering the same error. It’s worth noting that Live View continues to function correctly, but I can’t view recorded videos without errors. My Ring devices are the following: Ring Stickup Cam 3rd generation and Ring Doorbell 2nd generation The device I am trying to view the end to end encrypted videos from is an iPhone I'm not the only one having this issue, sort it out Ring Team: https://community.ring.com/conversations/ring-security-cameras/decryption-error-with-end-to-end-encrypted-cameras/6580425851f6e6fe78660d52?lang=en Fixed as of Fri 28th March

I’ve already posted this on Reddit and I even called up the Technical Team. https://www.reddit.com/r/Ring/comments/1jdahlt/comment/mj2ivxa/
