Desktop App wont show live feed

Question

I have a Windows desktop and the Ring app will not live feed. Says 'Activating' but never loads up. After a few minutes, it says 'IOError'. Started doing it like 6 months ago. I can go back and view history.

Hi @beezy\_fasheezy. Have you recently updated the Ring App on your desktop? Try uninstalling the Ring App, restarting your computer, and reinstalling the Ring App. Test out the Live View after that and let me know how that works for you. :)

windows 10 desktop, just want to reiterate, same issue.  i can see the LIVE FEED on the phone app, but at same time, DESKTOP will not connect to live feed.  i'm logging in to my ring account
