Hi @user_660459. Is there a specific part of the Ring app that isn't working, or are you unable to download and log in at all? Do you have a VPN installed on your iPhone 16 Pro? Feel free to share any screenshots or video recordings demonstrating what you're seeing on your end.

When I go to sign in, instead of the sign in screen, I get the following:oauth.ring.com406 Not acceptableThe app works just fine on my iPhone 12, iPad and Mac Mini desktop.Thanks

Hi @user_660459. Try removing the Ring app, rebooting your phone, and reinstalling the Ring app. Make sure that you do not have a VPN active, as this could cause issues.

same here and i have deleted app and rebooted phone and VPN is NOT active....I am SUPER FRUSTRATED!!!! IPHONE 16 PRO

i finally resolved this issue. Go to settings/Apps/Safari/Advanced....then where you see 'block all cookies' uncheck it
