Camera Preview Not Available

On the app, it is showing camera preview not available. It is connected to Wi-Fi. I’ve reset the router. I’ve also reset the camera. Deleted and reinstalled the Ring app as well. We continue to get notifications about motion and can go into the app and see images on the camera. We just cannot see a live feed. Any ideas?
