Question

I have both a personal account and a business account and for logical reasons I am unable to do the shared user option suggested. It would be nice if I can login to both accounts on my phone to check in on my camera at work while keeping my home ring logged in because it will be annoying to have to log out of each account to login to another.

Hi @user_422850. You should be able to add one account as a Shared User for the other one, allowing you to view the devices at both locations from one account. What issues did you run into trying to add one account as a Shared User on the other?
