Adjust a radius of location for anonymous posts

Interface for people that want to post anonymously to place a circle on the map to indicate a general area. Not many want to post their exact location, but allowing an adjustable circle to an area on the map can still be helpful, as it will still be near even if the intent is to hide their address.
