Ring Alarm
Z-wave extender not connecting
I follow all troubleshooting steps, tried to rest the extender (2nd generation) and it is not connecting to the base, and all other devices: sensors and keypad. What should I do to restore all devices? Where can I found a way to chat with the support? Thanks

Hi @Ab.aj.allen. If your Range Extender is plugged into a working power outlet and is not responding to a factory reset, please reach out to our support team at one of the numbers available here for further assistance. Make sure you’re requesting to speak with the Ring Alarm team specifically.

Hi @Gmpaixao. You may need to factory reset your Range Extender. This Help Center article [here](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/360039905951) will share information on how to accomplish this. Once you've completed the factory reset, you can add it back to the Base Station. I hope this helped!
