User Does not have access to arm as disarm with app

Question

I tried to add a new user. The process is complete but the user does not have access to arm and disarm the system using the app. The option is just not there.

Hi @tctietje3. When you add a Shared User, they'll receive a new location in their Ring App with (Shared) in the name to indicate that it has a device that was shared with them. They can tap the location name in the top center of their Ring App and it will bring up a list of all of their locations, including the shared one that should have the Ring Alarm system on it.
