Upgrade from Ring Alarm V1 to V2

Hi. I wonder what will be the easiest way to upgrade from Ring Alarm V1 to V2. Is the base still the same, so I just add the new keypad etc, or got the alarm base unit as well an upgrade? Is this the unit with the 3G included or is it the keypad?Thank you
