Text alerts from your alarm - how to use new feature?

Under New Features I recently saw “text alerts from your alarm” and while this had a ‘button’ to enable I can’t find any reference to this feature in the Security Settings or anywhere in my account. I see this has been a feature request and there was a work around…… but as it’s now a feature why can’t I find how to use it?
