Spotlight Cam Pro Not Working

My Spotlight Cam Pro last recorded on 6/11 at 10:00 am. It now says it is not connected to WiFi. I have turned my router off and on several times. I have followed the steps to reset my camera at least ten times. It states it is connecting to WiFi, gets stuck at 95% and fails to connect. I called tech support and they were not able to assist after over 30 minutes on the phone. I see MANY complaints about this issue but no resolution. I have the same wifi in the same location. WiFi strength is strong and set at 2.4. This camera was installed last summer and has worked perfectly until 6/11. How can I get the camera back online or get a replacement? I am very frustrated with seeing the same advice to reboot my router and reset the Ring camera over and over. This does NOT solve the issue! Absolutely nothing has changed in my set up.
