Some numbers on Keypad not working

I have just set up a 2nd generation ring keypad, but when i try to enter my 4 digit code only some of the numbers make a sound, then nothing happens...So it appears that only some numbers on the keypad work. Has anyone else experienced this issue please? Thanks

Hi @BSB1985. This shouldn't be happening. I suggest following the steps in this Help Center article [here](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/360042155432-Troubleshooting-your-Ring-Alarm-Keypad-2nd-generation-) to see if this will correct this issue you are having.
