Shared user not getting push notifications

I have setup a ring alarm with some contact sensors and created a shared account for my wife.My app gets all the push notification for contact closure open/close but my wife's app does not.My wife does get notifications if the base station powers off/ onI tried logging into the app on my wife's device and disabling/enabling all the push notification setting.are there any other steps I can to troubleshoot to get this working?Regards,
