Setting up Guest account with camera monitoring

Would be ideal for Ring to allow the creation of Guest accounts that do NOT turn off camera monitoring. I want cameras off when I come home, but not for certain users (like maintenance workers) when they disarm the system.Is that feasible?

Hi @DMorrow. Right now, Ring currently uses [Modes For Cameras](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/360036107792-Control-All-your-Ring-Cameras-with-Modes). This allows you to determine how a Camera acts based on what Mode you are in. This is true for the Owner and the Shared users. If you want to disable this for a period of time, you'd have to completely disable the Mode, then reenable it once the maintenance workers have left.If you have a suggestion on how to improve this, we've created a [Feature Request board](https://community.ring.com/c/products/feature-request-board/24).
