Sensor Battery Level

one motion sensor had half health for some time. now all of them have the charging icon.. including the half life icon on the motion sensor. can not tell the battery life anymore.

If the battery level is still displaying incorrectly for any of your Motion Detectors or Contact Sensors, try [factory resetting](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/360000071906-How-to-Factory-Reset-Your-Ring-Alarm-Devices) them and adding them back into your system through the Ring App. If this continues to happen after trying a factory reset, please give our support team a call at one of the numbers available [here](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/213608406) so they can take a closer look with you.
