Schlage Encode lock to disarm Alarm

I have my lock linked to the app but is there a way to be able to use the encode to arm/disarm the Alarm system or is that just for the Zwave locks?

    Great question, @Travelchick2277! Most of the Smart Locks available on the [Works With Ring page](https://ring.com/collections/smart-home-automation) will be able to arm/ disarm your Alarm. As you mentioned the Schlage Encode specifically, this lock connects to Ring through Amazon Key and does not have this arm/ disarm feature, as other locks do. This means that this model of lock will not arm/ disarm the Alarm system.

      Well that’s a load. You should not advertise that this works with ring then. Spent $260 for nothing.
